I had a lovely stay at S15 Sukhumvit Hotel, enjoying its excellent location right in the heart of Bangkok. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my experience quite pleasant. However, the room I initially received had a bad smell, and the decor felt somewhat dated. I appreciated the cozy ambiance but felt some upgrades were necessary.
Rooms

My Deluxe Single Room was spacious and had a nice tub, but the first room I got had a bad smell, which led to a quick change. The rooms could use a little modernization to enhance the comfort.
Service
9.0
The staff was very friendly and eager to assist, though at times, the concierge was more focused on adhering to protocols than being openly helpful.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, situated conveniently between Asoke and Nana BTS stations. It's perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and nightlife, but it can get pretty busy and crowded, especially at night.
Dining
7.0
While the breakfast selection was decent, I found the variety somewhat limited, primarily leaning towards Japanese and Korean cuisine. More diversity would improve the dining experience.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered a number of useful amenities like a welcome drink, room service, and dry cleaning, which added to the convenience of my stay.

My stay at S15 Sukhumvit Hotel was quite an experience. The location is fantastic, right between the Asoke and Nana BTS stations, which made getting around the city easy. However, the hotel itself felt a bit worn down, and the air conditioning in my room wasn't as efficient as I'd hoped. Overall, I'd say it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious but had a bit of a dark vibe, and the furnishings felt somewhat dated. The shower was good-sized, but unfortunately, the water from the shower area spilled onto the toilet floor. The towels were also a little thin and worn.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly, and they allowed us to use a dayroom for freshening up after an early arrival. However, there were moments when their understanding of English was a bit limited, which made some requests a challenge. I did have a small problem with breakfast as I was briefly charged for it despite my booking confirmation stating it was included.
Location
8.0
The location is definitely a highlight; just a short walk to the closest BTS station and surrounded by shopping options like Terminal 21. Though be prepared for busy traffic during the day if you're taking a taxi, as it can take a while to reach the hotel.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a wide selection with options from noodles to salads, but most of the hot dishes were served cold. I appreciated the egg station, but the chef didn't quite get my sunny-side-up request. Still, the overall variety was decent.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel amenities included a small gym and spa, though I didn't use them. I found the common areas pleasant, especially with the essential oil scent in the corridors. Room service was available, though I had to request an adapter for charging my devices since my room didn't have universal outlets.

I enjoyed my stay at S15 Sukhumvit Hotel, particularly for its fantastic location and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, but I found that some aspects like the breakfast could be improved. The atmosphere, enhanced by lovely scents, made the hotel feel quite boutique. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but a few inconsistencies kept it from being perfect. 😊

My deluxe room was clean and featured a comfortable king-sized bed, though it felt a bit worn out. I appreciated the minibar and the good-size shower but noticed the room was somewhat dark.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, always trying their best to assist me. However, I experienced some language barriers, especially with the concierge, which made certain requests a bit challenging.

The hotel is ideally located near Asok BTS station and Terminal 21, making it easy to get around Bangkok. The surrounding area was busy but lively, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
Dining

The breakfast offered a range of options from noodles to sausages, but I found that many items were served cold. The omelette station was a highlight, although more variety in coffee could have enhanced the experience.

While the hotel features a small gym and spa, I didn't get the chance to use them. I did enjoy the complimentary chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby, a nice touch!

My stay at S15 Sukhumvit Hotel was decent, with the bed being comfy and the location being great for accessing public transport. However, I was left a bit disappointed with the room quality and noise levels. Overall, it was average, and while the staff were friendly, I expected a bit more for the price I paid.
Rooms
6.0
The room was adequate but not as great as I hoped, especially considering I booked the higher category. The street noise was pretty disruptive since my room faced the front.
Service
7.0
The staff were really nice and helpful, making check-in and inquiries easy. But the service in dining could be improved, as I found it lacking attentiveness during breakfast.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a prime location, close to both BTS and MRT stations, making it very convenient for getting around Bangkok. It's also near lively nightlife, which can be a mixed blessing.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast options were limited and could be better stocked, though it was sufficient for a quick meal. I just felt there could be more variety on offer.
Facilities

Facilities were fairly standard, but I missed having an outdoor pool. The gym was closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

I had an enjoyable stay at S15 Sukhumvit Hotel, especially due to its fantastic location near BTS stations and shopping malls. The friendly staff made my experience even better, though the breakfast options could definitely use more variety. Overall, while the hotel had some downsides, such as occasional noise from outside, I found it to be a solid choice for my trip to Bangkok. 😊

I stayed in a junior suite on the 7th floor which was pleasant and comfortable, but I could hear a lot of street noise throughout the night. The room's decor was nice, and the bed was really comfy.
Service

The staff were friendly and eager to help. While their English was limited at times, they were always polite and attentive.
Location

The location was excellent, situated between two BTS stations and close to Terminal 21 mall. However, the busy Sukhumvit road made taxi access a bit tricky during rush hours.
Dining

Breakfast had a good range of food, but unfortunately, most of it was often cold. I appreciated the omelet station, but it would have been nice to see more variety throughout my five-night stay.
Facilities

The hotel offered basic facilities like a small gym and spa, which I didn't try, but I noticed that the Wi-Fi was hit and miss and the gym was quite limited in equipment.
